Brian Swartz is Owner/Managing Broker and Auctioneer of harVestco, LLC.
Brian has strong ties to central Illinois. He has sold real estate for 20 years and represents the third generation of his family to sell real estate in Illinois. He is a fifth generation farmer and farm manager and lives on the family farm in Champaign County, IL that was originally deeded from the State of Illinois to his great-great-grandfather.
Brian attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also graduated from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City and earned the prestigious CAI designation from the National Auction Association Education Institute at Bloomington, Indiana. He is licensed as an Auctioneer and a Real Estate Broker in Illinois.
Brian served on the board of the University of Illinois Farm Tax School and Agricultural Law Education Foundation, Inc., and has served on the LeRoy Board of Education and the Tri-County Special Education Board.
Brian maintains memberships in several professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, Certified Auctioneers Institute, National Auctioneers Association, Illinois State Auctioneers Association, and is a member of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
Brian and his wife, Karen, have 5 children and three grandchildren.

Greg Millage is a licensed
Real Estate Sales Agent for harVestco, LLC.
Greg is President of GAM Properties,
LLC, a residential, commercial and multifamily development
firm. He has been involved in real estate and real
estate development for the past thirty years.
Greg was an employee and eventually a partner in Hallbeck Homes for over twenty years. Further, he founded and managed Kitchen Concepts, an upscale custom kitchen design and installation business.
Greg’s entrepreneurial spirit in real estate has driven him to be a part of or the sole developer of many new home subdivisions and commercial parks in East Central Illinois. These include the residential subdivisions of Cherry Hills, Lincolnshire Fields, Ponds of Windsor, Boulder Ridge, Apple Tree, in Monticello, Illinois, and Windstone in Tolono, Illinois. His commercial parks include Westwood Trace and Staley at the Crossing. In addition, Greg has not only built but also managed several of these multifamily and commercial developments throughout the Champaign community.
Greg was a member of the Lincolnshire Fields Country Club Board of Directors. He was the former Chairman of the Showcase of Homes in Champaign. Also, he was the President of the Booster Club for Girls Softball in Champaign.
Greg received his Illinois real estate license
in 1980.

Steve Wattnem is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with
harVestco, LLC.
Steve has over 35 years experience in production agriculture and agri-business. He grew up helping his father on their grain and livestock farm, in Estelline, South Dakota, and also helped with the family trucking business. Steve graduated from South Dakota State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanized Agriculture and a minor degree in Business.
Steve then began a 34-year career in the FS farm cooperative service industry in Iowa and Illinois. He was in Farm Supply Sales at Pow-Jasper FS, Grinnell, IA from 1972 -1975, Marketing Manager of Mahaska FS, Oskaloosa, IA from 1975 –1978, General Manager of C-D FS, Inc. in Spencer, IA from 1979 – 1982 and General Manager of Illini FS, Inc. in Urbana, IL from 1982 until his retirement in 2006.
Steve is very generous with his time and devotes many hours to civic and charitable organizations. He is currently a member of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Agriculture Committee (past President) and the Government Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Provena Covenant Foundation Board, Champaign County Farm Bureau Foundation Board, Champaign County Clock Tower Restoration Committee and is a member of the Urbana Rotary, Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever. In addition, he previously held the position of President of the Champaign-Urbana Sunrise Exchange Club, Board member and President of Crisis Nursery and Treasurer of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
With the many contacts Steve has made through the organizations mentioned above and the knowledge his career has given him about farmland and the needs of farmers and farm owners, he is a valuable asset to harVestco, LLC clients.

Bryan Bradshaw is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for harVestco, LLC and an Illinois licensed professional engineer and professional land surveyor.
Bryan attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in civil engineering. After college, Bryan worked for several area engineering firms where he received a broad cross-section of engineering experience in the transportation, geotechnical, structural and environmental fields.
In 2001 Bryan founded and is President of his own engineering firm, BKB Engineering Inc. Since opening BKB, Bryan’s projects have included site development design for numerous commercial and condominium properties; residential and commercial subdivision design including Hunters Ridge in Mahomet, Boulder Ridge in Champaign and Appletree Subdivision in Monticello; and boundary survey / drainage projects throughout East Central Illinois.
As a licensed real estate agent, Bryan will use his fifteen years of engineering experience in land development as well as his personal traits of creative problem solving, responsive client communication and successful project implementation to serve his clients.
