Farm Management

Landowners for whom harVestco manages farms receive regular written updates as to the current status of farming operations, including:

• Planting and harvesting progress reports
• Crop status reports
• Insect and weed reports
• Building and equipment maintenance reports
• Livestock reports
• Grain and livestock sales reports

They also receive regular reports as to the financial activity related to each farm. These reports are sent at regular intervals or upon the request of the landowner. At the end of each farm year, landowners receive a complete accounting of the previous year's activity.

Landowners are encouraged to be as involved in farming and financial decisions as they desire. harVestco works within whatever framework is most comfortable to the landowner.

• Crop and livestock production plans
• Oversight of crop and livestock management
• Selection of on-site management
• Planning long-term improvements, such as irrigation, drainage, building & grain storage
• Full accounting of all financial information
• Tenant selection and tenant management
